Time lapse images of live-cell dynamics of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) lumen in U2OS cells tagged with StayGold. Camera exposure time was 40 ms. The sample was excited under leaky TIRF using nine-core photonic lantern with 488 nm laser light. Scale bar, 10 m.
