OCT intensity image is overlaid with CNN-generated layer masks. Applied saline pressure and sample apex rise are extracted at every time point. Sample strain and tension are estimated from the pressure and apex rise readings. Layer thicknesses are estimated from the layer masks. Scale bar = 500 µm.
