This video demonstrates E. coli accumulation and diffusion at the plasmonic optical fiber tip as the laser (785 nm) was switched on and off. The video was recorded using a 10× objective lens and a camera sensor that acted as a 10× eyepiece lens (yielding 100× total magnification, see 3. Methods).
