To solve the problem that traditional optical design software makes it difficult to ensure the system's imaging quality and spectral line curvature correction, a spectral line curvature correction method based on Zemax macro files is proposed in this paper. This method can directly monitor the curvature of the spectral line of the imaging spectral system by editing macro files and optimizing the curvature of the spectral line and the image quality of the optical system at the same time. It has the advantages of being fast, efficient, flexible, accurate, convenient, and automatic. Simultaneously, this method was employed to optimize the design of the imaging spectrometer, and the optimization results were compared with the image quality of the spectral system that did not utilize this optimization method. The results show that the optical system using the design method in this paper exhibits smaller spectral line curvature while maintaining image quality.; the maximum curvature amount of spectral line in the whole working wavelength of the system is ±1μm, while the maximum bending amount of spectral line in the system without this method is 34μm. It is proved that the design method in this paper can effectively assist the optimization of the imaging spectrum system to correct the spectral line curvature and guarantee the imaging quality.
